Returns: within 7 business working days of delivery.
- Exchanges: within 7 business working days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Unused & unworn, with all tags, ShineZ box/pouch, and any free gifts intact.
- Return requests must be placed from the original delivery address.
- Sale/clearance and “final price” items: exchange or store credit only (no refund).
- Personalized/engraved and gift cards: non-returnable for customization reasons (unless damaged/incorrect on arrival).
- If the customer orders the wrong ring size/metal, the item is non-returnable & non-exchangeable, but we will resize or replace it with a charge.
How to initiate
- Submit a request via Returns Portal: shinez.in/returns . or Contact 📧 shinezbybaxi@gmail.com / 📲 +91 8866633756 with Order ID & reason.
- Upload 2–3 photos (and the unboxing video if the issue is damage/missing).
- Choose Refund / Exchange and confirm pickup details.
Reverse pickup & self-ship
- We arrange reverse pickup for most pin codes.
- If your pin code isn’t serviceable, please self-ship using a trackable courier; we reimburse up to ₹100 against valid receipt.
Fees & refunds

Refunds (prepaid): to original payment method; COD: to UPI/bank.

Return handling fee: ₹99 (deducted from refund) to cover reverse logistics & processing. (Waived if we shipped a damaged/incorrect item.)

BOGO/bundle offers: partial returns → refund as ShineZ Wallet credit only. Full returns of all items follow standard rules.
- TAT: The refund process takes 3–5 business working days after QC at our facility.(Banks may take extra time to reflect the refund.)
Exchange Policy
- For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement product once we have received your return and completed QC on the returned item.
- You will be notified via email/SMS once your exchange has been processed and the new product has been shipped.
Damage / missing / tampering claims

Report within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened, plus photos of the item & outer shipping label.
- If verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement / repair / refund.
Packaging for returns
Use the original ShineZ box/pouch + outer protective carton. Seal well. Include invoice & freebies. Poor/loose packaging that leads to damage may invalidate the claim.
- Offers like buy 2 get 1, buy 1 get 1 free are not eligible for an exchange/returns.
- Products like Rings, Bracelets (made to order items) are eligible for exchange only.
PLEASE NOTE:
- In case of receiving a damaged product, we’ll be only able to facilitate return/exchange ONLY IF photo & video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail (shinezbybaxi@gmail.com) or whatsapp within 24 Hours of receiving the product. No other form of communication other than above will be entertained.
- Since Personalised jewellery is a customised piece made exclusively for you, it is not eligible for return/exchange unless damaged. Rings category are not covered under Return Policy as they are specially made as per customer's ring size.
- Personalised products don’t fall under Hallmark category unless requested by a customer within 24 hours of placing an order. The delivery time will be extended by at least a week as we need to specially send the customised product for Hallmark.
- For Non Personalised items with no defect the return/exchange request must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product. However customers have to bear shipping charges for returning their product which is Rs. 99. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags, packaging, failing which the return will not be possible. Any return requests after 24 Hours will not be entertained.
- Refund will only be approved in case the product is damaged within the first 24 hours of the delivery for non-personalised items, in all other cases & reasons for return we shall issue a credit note.
- If you’re qualified for exchange & want to exchange the current product with any product at a higher price on our store, you will only need to pay the additional amount for that product, in case of the exchange with Product of a lower cost, the difference will be given to you via store credit which you can avail for future purchases.
- No discount will be given on exchanged / returned jewellery pieces.
- All the communications related to return & exchange needs to happen via e-mail (shinezbybaxi@gmail.com). No other form of communications will be entertained.
- In case of COD orders, if there’s a delay in confirmation from your end, the delivery time of at least 1 week will be extended accordingly from the date of confirmation.
- In case all the terms and conditions are abide by the brand, we’ll be forced to take legal actions against you in case you try to defame the brand on any social platform.
Guidelines for checking if your product qualifies for returns/exchange
- Intimation within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The item was delivered less than 7 day ago for return & 7 days ago for exchange.
- Only earrings, pendants and mangalsutras are eligible for return/exchanges.
- The item is unused.
- You have a receipt of the product and the package of the product is intact.
- We can only accept one exchanges or returns for any jewelry item.
- The item does not have any error/tarnish/damage.
- When sending back the product, please collect a physical or digital receipt confirming your return. This little receipt is your guarantee that we'll issue you store credit, even if the product gets lost in transit.
