1) Manufacturing Defects (30-Day Assurance)

  • If you experience a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery (e.g., clasp failure, stone setting defect), we’ll repair or replace the item at no charge, including both-way shipping.

2) 12-Month Color-Care (22kt Gold Vermeil)

  • Every ShineZ gold vermeil piece includes one complimentary re-plating & polish within 12 months of invoice.
  • Inbound shipping to our service center is customer’s responsibility (or you may self-drop); ShineZ covers return shipping back to you.
  • ET: 7–10 working days from receipt (may vary with volume/festivals).


3) Lifetime Care (post 12 months)

  • ShineZ Lifetime Warranty on Plating Policy
  • At ShineZ, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. To ensure our customers enjoy their pieces for a lifetime, we proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on Plating Service.
  • What’s Included
  • Customers are entitled to unlimited plating services for any ShineZ jewelry purchased.
  • This warranty covers re-plating of the product to restore its original finish.
  • Customer Responsibility
  • Customers will be responsible for two-way shipping charges.
  • ShineZ will generate and arrange the pickup from the customer’s location for the product to reach our service premises.
  • Once plating is completed, ShineZ will dispatch the product back to the customer, with shipping charges payable by the customer.
  • Charges of rs. 800 will be applicable for each product which includes Two way shipping, repolishing and replating. 

Conditions

  • This warranty applies only to plating and does not cover:-
  • 1. Physical damage, breakage, or missing parts.
  • 2. Normal wear and tear beyond plating.
  • 3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third parties.
  • 4. Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
  • 5. The product must be properly packed by the customer at the time of pickup to avoid transit damage. ShineZ will not be responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
  • 5. Service timelines may vary depending on the nature of the work and logistics. Customers will be informed accordingly.

We offer below warranty on your 925 silver jewelry** starting from the date of purchase. To exercise your warranty, contact us on any of our channels with your problem & order information.  

**For replating or fixing the stones of 22Kt Gold Vermeil Plated or rhodium plated 925 SILVER jewelry within 6 months of purchase,  shipping & ONE-TIME plating is free. We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days plus shipping time 5-7 working days.

2. No warranty for demi fine stainless steel jewelry

PLEASE NOTE : The color warranty does not apply if there are deep scratches on the jewelry as it will remove the gold coating and the silver part will be visible. Charges of rs. 800 will be applicable for each product which includes Two way shipping, repolishing and replating. 

**For replating 22Kt Gold Vermeil Plated or rhodium plated 925 SILVER jewelry after 6 months* from date of purchase, we charge shipping (Rs 300) plus replating service's cost to you (Rs 500 per product). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days. 

**For replating the 18K gold plated Demi Fine Stainless Steel Jewelry anytime after purchase, we charge one way shipping (Rs 300) plus replating service's cost to you (Rs 300). We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days. 

For fixing stones in any jewelry after 1 months from date of purchase, we charge shipping (Rs 300) & the cost of stones total Rs 100. We ship the product back to you in 2-3 days.
